Best Campgrounds In Cedar Hill Texas

My favorite campground is hands down, Cedar Hill State Park in Texas. I've been to many campgrounds as my family loves camping.

This one is by far the best I've been to. It's very family oriented, and I have memories there that will never fade.

The workers at CHSP are amazing and always willing to help, even when it gets busy. There are plenty of bathrooms nearby as well as a playground.





The campsites themselves are wonderful and big enough to host a huge group of people which usually happens in our case. The cost for a night at this campground is definitely worth it and inexpensive.

Another great feature about CHSP and my favorite part is Joe Pool Lake. There is a marina, fishing areas, a swimming area among other things. It's amazing.

It’s close to home and is always a blast. My friend's father often takes his boat out to the lake at CHSP and we will go tubing or swimming at the center of the lake.

I'd recommend this camping ground every time.
